New: School RN Position | Full-time | Waltham, MA

School based Registered Nurse 2024 contract

ProCare Therapy has a School Nurse RN job available for this school year working 35 hours a week. The School Nurse RN must be able to start immediately (within 2 weeks) and be comfortable working on site.
The School Nurse job will monitor and support the child and the school site throughout the school day. This position pays weekly and offers a competitive hourly rate with medical insurance benefits. The contract is until the end of the school year, but will have the option to renew over the summer or for next school year.

Details:

• 32.5 hours per week
• Start: ASAP End: June 14, 2024  Will extend into ESY and 24/25 SY
• 1:1 Caseload - 15 year old male student
• Nurse will ride bus with student and be with the student all day.
• Student is deaf, has a trach that requires some suctioning and a PEG tube.
• The student gets 3 feedings a day.

• state of Massachusetts license active as a RN
• able to start in 1-2 weeks
• pediatric experience prior preferred
